Best Service….above and beyond!
This place is AMAZING! Not simply due to the stunning setting but the amazing staff! Went above and beyond all expectations. I broke down on the motorway 2km from Hillview around midnight, with three kids in the back and zero degrees outside not the best situation to find ourselves. Tried calling roadside assist was told 2 hour wait. So decided to contact Ruth at Hillview. Within 10mins Eduardo was picking us up in his Ute. Due to the size of the Ute he had to do 3 trips! Best service I have ever witnessed. To top it off while I was sorting the car out the following morning, Penny took my wife and kids on a tour around the farm. Kids had so much fun. They even let us stay in our 2 bed cottage a little later due to me having to get back from Wagga Wagga with a hire car! One of the best places I have ever stayed at and I have been to some 5* resorts. Thank you Ruth, Eduardo and Penny. Huge thanks from the Jonesy’s!

Very relaxing
I stayed at Hillveiw with my 2 small children as a stopover from Melbourne to Sydney and it was fantastic. Life can get pretty hectic when it’s just the kids and me travelling together but this place made it easy. The kids absolutely loved it and so did I. It was great just being able to let them run around knowing they were safe there, I could actually relax! The cabin itself was perfect and nice and warm even though it was very cold outside. The buggy ride around the farm was so much fun and the kids had a ball feeding the animals. The staff were great as well and very accommodating. The kids we so happy and exhausted from all the fun they even slept most of the way to Sydney the next day, very happy!

Service beyond awesome!
We only spend the night on the way over to Melbourne so didn’t get to truly appreciate the location or the amenities; however, the responsiveness and friendliness of our hosts, coupled with the comfort and location, make this a must “come back” for us!

Ruth and team so kind keeping in touch with me through my foul weather journey. It was literally the most wonderful haven after the storm of moving house. I was so grateful for such a luxurious room, huge space and a wonderful welcome and stay. Fabulous. Thank you all! .

Our hosts were fantastic. Plenty to do to keep the kids entertained. Topped off with a buggy ride through the acreage at sunset to see the animals. A perfect break between the MELBOURNE-SYDNEY drive. Even had BBQ goods available to cook in your own cottage – excellent touch for travelling families.

Gorgeous place to stay. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway. Awesome all rounds. Try the sausages they are dilicious. Such a sweet stay.

We stayed in the new glamping tent ? over Easter. It was such an amazing experience! The tent was spacious and luxurious. The kids loved it. Going out to see the animals with Chris was a highlight. We saw 100s of kangaroos and a baby calf was born whilst we were there. The kids loved the games room, tennis and pool. Do yourself a favour and book to stay in this amazing place.

Fantastic Syd/Mel stopover and beautifully clean!
My husband and I stayed at these great cabins on our drive from Sydney to Melbourne. It’s halfway! Ruth was lovely and very helpful. We were going to arrive later than we expected but that was no problem. Dinner that we’d ordered to bbq was there for us for whenever we arrived. And everything needed for a delicious breakfast was in the fridge too. Our cabin was very clean and the beds were really comfy with beautiful crisp white sheets. Loved that! We’ll be staying again.
